About Coober Pedy Area School
Competing for the first time in 2009, Coober Pedy Area School has the longest distance to travel of any school competing in this year's competition.
At Coober Pedy Area School, we are looking forward to coming down to Adelaide for the Aboriginal Power Cup so we can meet with other kids, work on bulding our skills, working together as a team and meeting with our football heroes.
There is a SAASTA program operating in this school that supports young Aboriginal people to complete their SACE. SAASTA is a SA Government Social Inclusion initiative. DEEWR partner with SAASTA and the SA Government to support this school.
