Christies Beach gear up for debut

At Christies Beach High School, we are pleased to have the opportunity to participate in the Aboriginal Power Cup. The team rosters were quickly filled and we are looking forward to competing against the other schools in the Power Cup.

We are looking forward to the training sessions with the players from the Port Adelaide Football Club and the SANFL players. This will give us with an insight into the life of the professional footballer.

The Power Cup will be an opportunity for us to showcase our skills and abilities as footballers and team players.

About Christies Beach High School

Christies Beach High School and Southern Vocational College is a large complex in the outer metropolitan area with about 1000 students. About 12% of students are Aboriginal. It is the lead school in the Southern Vocational College. Christies Beach High School is an adult re-entry school. The Christies Beach Unit supporting students with disabilities.

The school operates under the values of Tolerance, Respect, and Understanding. It provides a safe, supportive, caring environment that optimises learning and self development opportunities that engage with the lives of our students.
