Windsor Gardens Vocational College - Windsor Gardens visit!
Marlon Motlop, Russell Ebert and Gavin Wanganeen visit Windsor Gardens
Last Week we had Marlon Motlop, Russell Ebert and Gavin Wanganeen visiting Windsor Gardens Vocational College. These guys were the Guernsey design winners at last years APC. Marlon and our legends Russell Ebert and Gavin Wanganeen talked about the importance of goal setting and how it helps throughout everyone's lives, and also about career options and to start thinking hard about what they want to do when they leave school. Gavin talked about what he does now that he has left the club. He now works for the government and does various projects and programs throughout SA. Some of the students had really great answers to their career choices, but some didn't know as they are in their younger years.
Once the main discussion was finished they all went out to the oval and demonstrated some of their drills as a group. Russell and Marlon helped out and joined in with the drills. The students can't wait for the APC weekend and we can't wait to see them play. Good luck guys and girls!
